Comcast Corporation Complaint - Another Case oof Disrespect
I have been a happy Comcast customer for 11 years since I came to West Virginia. Last month I did not receive a bill. Today I got a notice that they wanted at least $119 by the 11th or they would suspend my service. I am truly mortified. I ahve given them 11 years of loyalty, not that there is any other comparable provider in this area. In my time with them or anyone else for that matter, I have never been late with a payment. Oh, I lied once I had a credit card bill on which there was a $55 payment due. I sent $50. For that mistake I was charged a late payment fee of almst $40 and they raised my APR. That mistake was costly but I learned. Comcast is treating l8ike I miss all the time. The polite thing to do would have noticed that this is not usual for this account and try to find out what happened. I got the disconnect notice. You Go Comcast. That customer service record that you are so proud about just took a hit. It is the 7th and they will disconnect on the 11th. What a crock. Well, I'm done. My next call is to Corporate Headquarters.
