T-Mobile Complaint - T-Mobile going downhill
NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- As of today I was a customer with Tmobile since 2006, never a late payment. I was having so much trouble with my internet and there was never a resolution to there so callled trouble shooting. So today Sept 7, 2010 10:51pm I called to cancel my internet since it's so flaky and my payments are not. The representative stated since I have a blackberry she wouldn't be able to just give me phone service. She stated that as of June this was something new they started. I kindly let her know that it would have been nice if they informed me about this change. She then proceeded to act as if it was my fault. I told her just to cancel my plan because every time I call T-mobile horrid customer service they want to act as if you did something wrong. She clearly see's my history of being a loyal customer with on time payments and wants to act like I'm supposed to know when there policies change? Great JOb at informing the public. Then Beverly, the supervisor, stated I should just buy a new phone that's not PDA. What?? I just bought a freaking blackberry and you want me to cough up more cash to downgrade? Which she considered was an upgrade. Epic FAIL TMObile!! I cancelled my plan. All she had to do was take the ridiculous internet off and she would have still had a customer. I had VERIZON prior to this and they were awesome. One of my sisters has Virgin Mobile and she loves them as for the other AT&T and she has never had a complaint. In fact, I was secretly jealous of her great customer service. AVOID TMOBILE at all cost. I will post warnings all over the internet for those of you who are thinking about them. I refuse to pay someone to deal with crap and you shouldn't either. If you do decide that you are desperate and need T-mobile ask many questions because there staff will not inform you if the important details that you need to be aware of. They don't even deserve a star. DEUCES T Crap
Pros: Nada, Nothing, NOne, ZEro
Cons: Customer Service, Incompetent Staff, Signals, They do not have the proper technical staff to deal with any issues your phone might have it's a big guessing game.
