ECampus.com Complaint - WARNING : Avoid ecampus.com
I ordered a book because ecampus.com advertised the lowest price for the text book I needed. They indicated that they shipped between 5 - 7 business days. When I called them to check on the status on the 7th business day, I was told that it was 5 - 7 business days to ship from another location. I then asked them to check with the other location to see if it was sent and I was simply told they could not do that, period. What kind of customer service is that?? When I asked to speak with someone in charge to voice a complaint, I was told there was no one else to speak with. I hung up and sent an e-mail asking where I could voice a complaint and never heard a word back. I decided to turn to the internet to check reviews and low and behold, lots of similar negative reviews. I am now going to www.ftc.gov that one person suggested to get the word out that this company is not legit. I am very glad I canceled my order before I lost anything more than my time. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
