Jeniffer Convertibles Complaint - They Delivered A Different Sofa

FT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA -- I bought a show floor sofa and they delivered a different sofa that was totally faded white on one side. They haven't takened care of this and I'm fighting with them to have it taken off my credit card bill.

They said it was the same sofa and I had three people with me and we all said I would of never bought a fadede white sofa.

If the problem continues, dispute the charge with your credit card company.

Is it possible you didn't see the side of the sofa that's faded when you were in the store? Maybe the lighting and/or position of the sofa made it hard to notice. Did you check the sofa before the delivery guys left? Could you have refused delivery?

If all else fails, take Alain's advice and dispute the charge with your credit card company.

I wonder if it's because it was a floor model, and they usually come with conditions such as no returns, if this is the reason they will not refund the money?

The sofa probably was sold "as is" but the OP is saying that a different one was delivered. I really don't know what you can do in a situation like this. It's the OP's word against theirs.

OP, have you gone back to the store to see if the sofa you purchased is still there?
