Microsoft Corporation Xbox Complaint - Known Fraudlent purchase and no help or refund
I was the victim of Identity theft. After contacting my bank, they stated that I must contact Xbox to clear up the incident and get my money back. The theif used my debit card to purchase, apparently non-refundable, Microsoft points that can be used toward Xbox live purchases. After speaking with the 3rd Customer service rep, he then admitted that there was fraudulent information on the account made in my name but said that there is absolutely no way possible to refund my money. this has caused major damage to my bank account and ability to pay my bills.
