Skype Complaint - Poor customer service/Money Loss/Unauthorized charges
Even though I had $6.50 left on my account, Skype automatically charged me $30.00 on my credit card on file. After my first e-mail to them, they said they refunded me $20.00. My other $10.00 and the $6.50 disappeared. I have emailed them back and fourth at least 10 times so far and they answer my questions differently by a different customer service representative or ignore my questions all together. When asked about talking to someone higher up I get ignored. There is no place to contact but their email. I suggest anyone using skype to be careful. Don't put a credit card on file with them.
I will stop using skype for phone calls and only use skype to skype via internet from now on since that's free. Their customer service is terrible, they might as well not have customer service at all.
