Complaint

BRANSON, MISSOURI -- I was on vacation in Branson Missouri August 2010. We attended a travel to go presentation. Initially, the gentleman who had made the appt. said that it would only be an hour, it is actually a 90 minutes presentation. My husband and I attended the presentation and it sounded like a good offer. The package that we bought was 3500 dollars. The salesperson who represented the presentation told us that we would have to put down 799.00. And our payments every month would be 91.00 a month for installments until our loan was paid in full. I done some research when we got back to our hotel room, and seen several complaints. Needless to say I was nervous about the deal and called my bank and put a stop payment on the check that I had given them. we had 3 days to cancel in which I went to their office and did and I also gave them their leather binder that included everything they said I would need for reservations etc. when I got home, I went to the bank and they will still trying to process my check thru after I had cancelled. So, please don't sign anything or give them any credit card or check. you will not get your money back if you wait to cancel within the 3 day period. From my experience I will never even think about going to a presentation again I don't care if they offer me trips to the white house. BEWARE CONSUMERS!!!
