IRVINE,CALIF. -- Purchased 3d kit 3da-100 from tiger direct. received it on 8/27/10.hooked it up and it did't work out of the box. called customer ser. and was told someone would contact me within 24 hours.48 hours later I called them. was told to send it back to them in calif. i asked for the shipping cost and they sent a prepaid label. i returned it to them on 8/30.they received it on 9/1.it is now 9/10 and after spending 1 hour on the phone it's going to be another week. they have more excuses than anything. i will never buy anything they make again.

Did they tell you why it would be another week? Is it out of stock?

Mits does some great products. The problem, it sounds like here, is that you chose to buy mail order and, unfortunately, that's the kind of problems you end up with.

Legitimately, this shouldn't be a complaint to anyone.
