OMAHA, NEBRASKA -- To follow up on my recent review: UNBELIEVABLE....a supervisor from BillMeLater (Scott) called me back!
I had spoken earlier to an agent in customer service at about 11:30am to reconfirm that this account was closed, and to stop harassing me with their correspondence "regarding my account", did I mention it was closed?
I receive another email at 11:45am referring to my "profile changes" and "looking forward to continue to serve me"....WHAT!
So again I called BillMeLater and left a number for a supervisor to call me back and because of their track record in this aspect I never expected a call...but this time a Mr. Scott (no last name) called me and assured me that my account was closed and that they as well as ALL credit card companies keep the consumer's private information active for 3 years, even after the account is closed. THE END?
