Gray Line Aiport Transfer Complaint - Transportation From Hotel To Airport

We recently booked a trip with you to Las Vegas, NV. (trip #1019 9873 1207) When we made the reservation we also added ground transportation to and from the airport. The transporation co. used was Gray Line. Our confirmation #719467702 round trip shuttle. It delivered us to the hotel but as for taking us back to the aprport we were left stranded at our hotel. I followed the rules to schedule a return hotel pickup (calling 24 hr in advance) and were given two times for pick up, we chose 2:00 P.M. After waiting 40 minutes we called & were informed that there was no booking & there was no shuttle in the area, we had to take a cab to the airport ($28.70)This is not acceptable since we already paid for the round trip We normally wouldn't complain but this is the third time over the years. Another time we had to take a cab and another a different shuttle helped us out. We like your vacation packages and service but Gray Line does not stand up to its obligations. We are not out not only part of our round trip shuttle fees but also the $28.70 + trip equals $35.00. Need I say that if I were your company I would not be associated with this irresponsible service. Need I say we will NEVER use them again.
