Travelocity Complaint - Bad Customer Service/Refusal of Refund
I bought a cross-country round-trip ticket through the Travelocity website. I bought insurance that was supposed to allow me to refund my full ticket amount. However, now that I am unable to make this trip, Travelocity says that my reason is not covered in the policy. The company does not do a good job of explaining what the insurance policy covers and gave me the option to file a claim that may or may not allow me to get my refund.
Also while trying to get in contact with Travelocity, I was directed to three different numbers. Travelocity does not have helpful customer service directions or clear information on their website. It seems to be worded intentionally to avoid giving customers a refund when deserved.
