Scana Energy Complaint - Two Weeks With No Gas

I have been a customer for years. When we had moved, we needed to transfer service, we called and made a appointment which took 1 week!!!! then 1 week later my wife stepped out of the house for 10 minutes the service guy came and left a note for a missed call, he never called us or even tried to contact us, when we called them back they said the next appointment is in another week. 2 weeks total of no cooking, no hot water. That is ridicules I would not recommend this company too no one take us as an example.
