PayPal Complaint - PayPal/BillMeLater one and the same

I thought my on-line purchases fell within Bill Me Later's no payments for six months as was advertised. Then I see these charges, that are due now on statements from BML - so I connect with them on line and enter the land of OZ. Pay Pal won't be specific about anything related to charges nor will it's partner BML. I got a bill for $136.89 from PayPal and can't find out what it's for. Chatting on-line with their customer service people both PayPal/BML did not clarify anything - They said to contact the merchant, who said they have no knowledge either. Then I had to find out why a purchase of $359.94 from Overstock was being denied by BML's Web Bank - held up and in limbo, yet Overstock said it was paid for and in their warehouse and couldn't be cancelled despite the false advertising of no payment for six months. I was going around and around and around for hours to no avail. I can see where this entrapment is going and I too want to cancel all business with PayPal/BML. Are you sure these businesses aren't being operated from Nigeria?
