D-Link Print Server Complaint - D-Link Print Server Won't Install

I recently purchased a D-link DPR-1260 print server to replace one that broke. This was about a month ago and I still cannot get it to install right so I can use it with my 2 laptops. I've followed the instructions to the letter (as much as I can--the installation disk won't run on my laptop), emailed and called tech support, neither of which has done any good. I suspect their tech support offices are overseas and I can't understand what they're saying.

I've had D-link products in the past and they've worked well. I guess I finally hit the product that doesn't fit my needs.

I also checked with the store where I purchased the item. They have a 14 day window to return tech-related items, and since I'm past that deadline, I guess I'm stuck with a really expensive paperweight. :-(

Go to D-Link website and download your device's up-to-date drivers and be sure to download the appropriate driver for your OS.
