Ice.com Compliment - Good selection, quick shipment, great service!
I bought a necklace from ice.com in April. They offer a payment plan that allows you to pay over a fixed number of months, which I chose to do.
First of all, I ordered the necklace and I had it in my possession three days later. As part of a special, I paid nothing for shipping, but it said it may take 7-10 business days. Not even close! I was amazed at how quickly I received the merchandise.
Second, the pictures on the site do no justice to the merchandise. It was a really beautiful necklace and comes packaged in a royal blue velvet case, inside of a white box w/light blue ribbon, perfect for gift giving if you choose, and at no extra cost.
In my haste, I forgot to create a user account so I was unable to track how many payments I was supposed to make or pull up an order history (the one flaw on the site). Completely my fault. I emailed the company today to confirm how many more payments I had. I expected a turnaround of 24-48 hours. It is not even an hour later, and I already have an email back from them confirming I am all set and no further payments are due.
While I realize this is not necessarily going above and beyond what people expect of customer service, it's definitely a breath of fresh air as far as I'm concerned. I had a quick shipment, loved the product and felt it matched what I was expecting, and possibly the quickest response I've ever received from a company. I will definitely be doing business with them again, and if you're looking for nice jewelry at a decent price, you should take a look at the site too.
