Frontier Communication Informative - Completely Incompetent CS!!Extremely Frustrated

I canceled my service back in June. I kept getting my auto payments from my credit card. I have called customer service a number of times and get bounced from person to person. Each one had a different story to tell me. It is now mid September and I have yet to receive my refund check. They are estimating mid Oct. I should have received an $80 credit and they are now telling me it is $18. I never write reviews, but I had to on this. It is so ridiculous that I keep thinking I'm on punked but Ashton never shows up.
