Express Fitness Complaint - Avoid Super 5 Express Fitness

HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA -- On August 15, 2010, I canceled my month to month membership and submitted the paperwork in person to Julian. I called a week later and spoke with Angie to confirm that cancellation was in effect. She said the paperwork was lost but that my membership would be canceled. I sent a certified letter to confirm my desire. On September 4th, I find out that they are still deducting the fee from my checking account. On September 5th, I submitted another letter and videotaped it. Matt the owner won't return my calls and neither will Angie. I guess Matt isn't man enough to face me. I'm going to small claims with this one. Who else are they ripping off?
