US Airways Complaint - Lack of Customer Service and Customer Care
US Airways is the most unprofessional and inconsiderate airline there is. Upon my recent travel to Puerto Rico, with about ten to twelve other customers of the airline I was traveling with, we were inconvenienced because the airline did not leave on time. Then after already getting the flight off to a late start, the plane was held at the gate due to fog. Even with the weather delay of the fog, we arrived at our connection airport of Philadelphia 20 minutes before our connection flight was set to leave. When we got off the plane the airline had already booked us for a flight that left 8 hours after our connection flight. Our whole trip had to be rearranged and we lost an entire day of paid vacation as well as paid for accommodations at our destination. There was no consideration or compensation for our inconvenience. Then upon on return flight days later, we were delayed with no reasoning for our delay being explained to us. DO NOT FLY US AIRWAYS. It is a rip off of your money and time. Tell everyone you know not to fly the inconsiderate skies with US Airways Airline. It is the most rinky dink and unprofessional airline you will ever waste hard earned money on. The difference between first and second class is a curtain. There is no first class when you fly a low budget, inconsiderate airline like US Airways.
