City Furniture Complaint - City Furniture ---- Don't Buy - Furniture Sales and Delivery
Furniture Sales and Delivery - Complaint
PEMBROKE PINES, FLORIDA -- On Saturday I stopped by the City Furniture store in Pembroke Pines. Their sales associate Joe Altieri assisted me and seemed very helpful. We discuseed if I purchased when they could deliver the furniture. I informed Joe that if it couldn't be delivered on Sunday or on Tuesday between 2-6pm I wouldn't purchase a thing. He assured me that he could put a note in the system to ensure I was accommodated. I wasn't able to be at home until after 2 as I had a meeting that ended at 1:15 about 40 minutes away.
At 1 I get the call from the security gate stating they were here to deliver the furniture. I told the gate they weren't to be there until 2pm. I had 3 separate conversations with the people at City Furniture with no satisfaction. They did not honor the condition upon which I made the purchase or try to accommodate a solution.
If you find yourself in one of their showrooms with their representatives just know one thing they do not call to confirm the scheduling and will deliver when they feel like it not what you agree upon. Then they will want to "reschedule" when you are there at the time you state you will be there.
This company has no customer service at all! Stay away...don't buy a thing from this company!
