Cricket cell phone service Complaint - Cricket service is not good

WOODBRIDGE, VIRGINIA -- I bought the Cricket MSGM8 phone 1 month ago and the phone has a lot of dropped calls, missed calls, missed texts, loud screeching noises and then it just stopped working I took it to a Cricket location and the representative told me it was the battery, so I buy a new battery it worked for 1 day and stopped again, I took it back again and the representative told me I would have to buy a new phone or file a claim. In which the nearest claim office is almost 30 minutes away. I wasted a lot of money in which I thought I was going to save that is why I switched, it is a big let down, and the customer reps are not very helpful and not nice, The phone is completely broke 1 month later and I bought a new battery 1 day before the phone died. Sometimes it is just best to pay a little more, for better quality. you get what you pay for!!!!!
