WOODBRIDGE, VIRGINIA -- I have to agree with the previous posting re: the customer service representative being skilled in 'pushing things off to the project manager'. I had a problem with this builder covering up the cable and telephone outlets in the MBR. Even though I reported this to them during the walk-thru, it took them two weeks to respond and this was after me calling them repeatedly about this issue. Also, one of my windows needed to be replaced and after four weeks and two wrong orders for the replacement window, mistakes were still made. I'm NOT AT ALL HAPPY!!!!!
