Linder's Furniture Complaint - Unhappy with Living Room Furniture
MURRIETA, CALIFORNIA -- We purchased a sofa and recliner in May. Delivered ontime-after a month of use the recliner started to lean-and the one cushion of the sofa dropped-these are not re-movable cushions. The drop is approximately 3"-because of health problems we did not call until July-service representative came inspected decided that parts needed to be ordered, but would call with determination of office. After several weeks no call so I called, service representative stated that parts were ordered and would take 6 weeks. Now after 7weeks when I call to see what is happening I am told would take 6-8 weeks. Would check with factory and call back still waiting. The recliner is just about unusable at this time and still no response. Would not recomment this store to anyone.
