T-Mobile Complaint - T-Mobile Service and Support Socks in San Diego Area
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- I have got a T-Mobile Phone, the worst service I have ever received from a Company!
I have had nothing but problems since I Chose T-Mobil; I use the phone mainly in the San Diego Area! I have reported the problems multiple times! But all the support guys try to do is either, be as slow as possible to make you go away! If you insist and do every thing they ask you to do than they send you a phone that either doesn’t work or it has the same problems! T-Mobile Supports policy is to either cut you off accidentally and don’t call you back or send you another phone, but they would not fix the poor signal problems! Theses problems are signal problems not phone problems, Your antenna dial on the phone could be all the way up but your phone calls still drop!!! You could not complete a call dialing in the same area code, means calling from (858) to (858) area code (calling across street) the service socks and I would not renew my contract with them which is due with in 2 months! I could not call my wife in the same area code to let her know I am coming home for God’s sack! T-MOBLE = DORPING PHONE CALLS CONSTANTLY!!! RUDE COUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Some of the Problem areas are as Follows:
1. Mira Mesa, Carroll Canyon Rd, Black Mountain Rd.!!!
3. El Cajon, High Way 52 going west towards El Cajon, Going from 15 to 8 East
El Cajon, Main St!
4. hi way 125
5. Escondido, Ocean Side!!!!
PS. So far they have replaced my phone three times, the last phone is good BUT There is NO good Signal to use it!
Constant dropage and bad quality phone calls!
Please be active in reporting problems with any service so people that do the research could know the facts and the companies like T-Mobile get what they deserve for BAD service!
