Overstock.com Complaint - NO Delivery, NO Explanation, No Help
Ordered Etro soap, about $50 worth. I previously dealt with this company with no problems. Then UPS sends an email saying it should be delivered by Sept 10. No delivery. UPS would not provide any information on tracking number, and even informed me I had a bad tracking number. Then, after I sent them their own email, they blamed Overstock.com. Overstock.com has ignored numerous emails from me inquiring about my order. They already have charged my credit card.
Overstock.com does not respond to complaints. Sounds like bankruptcy is in their immediate future. The frustration of trying to get any explanation from either Overstock.com or UPS has convinced me NEVER to buy from Overstock.com again.
