General Electric Company Complaint - I acquired a CareCredit card to pay for dental services. Their website made errors related to accessing my bank account
KETTERING, OHIO -- Not only did I receive apallingly and blatantly rude service from their customer service department, but they did not correct their own errors, which they stated they would correct. Their website has inherent errors that result in the user not being able to switch to the preferred bank account with which to make payments. This results in their racking up fees in a very sneaky way: On the website your payment is met with the word: "Success!" However, it is not reported to the consumer that the payment (that went to the wrong bank account even though you entered the RIGHT bank account information)failed. Then, you return to make your next month's payment and -- low and behold! -- yet another fee. Never do they take responsibility for defrauding the customer in this manner, so do not waste your time reporting the errors in their system, because they claim it is "not our fault." They refuse to reverse the fees that they have imposed due to their system's error(s).
