Emerald Compliment - Satisfying Anytime Snack

Review by 119104 on 2010-09-16
First, I must confess that I'm a nut fanatic. I love nuts! Right now in my pantry/fridge, I have roasted peanuts, boiled peanuts, chocolate covered almonds, pecans, walnuts, and pine nuts.

I went shopping recently, at Harris Teeter, and noticed Emerald nut products on sale. I believe it was buy one/get one free, which ended up being less expensive than the store brand. I decided to give them a try, and purchased their 10oz Sea Salt & Pepper Cashews.

How divine this treat is! The natural sweetness of the cashew is nicely balanced by the salty crystals. The fiery, but not overpowering ground pepper, added a zing to my tongue. A handful is enough to satiate my craving. Perfect for snacking in between meals, or any other time.

I will definitely buy this product again, and try all of the other varieties, as well.

Thank you, Emerald!

I haven't tried these yet, but I will be getting some the next time I'm shopping...they sound delicious! I have had the Emerald dry roasted almonds and they are great.

My husband just picked these up. I tried them and thought they were ok, but he really loves them. He will definitely be buying them again.

I am a nut fanatic too!
I remember as a kid the smell of fresh roasted peanuts at the snack bar in Sears/Roebuck.
Make my Almonds smoked and salted and the cashew with salt but I must try these.

Oh, thanks. I was just about to go food shopping after finally getting over my craving for every cookie known to man, and now I read this! How many aisles am I going to have to avoid to get through this shopping trip?

Emerald and Fisher have good products, but not quite as good as Planters. Planters is more expensive though and never offers coupons, so I usually go with Emerald and Fisher.

This product sounds exceptionally good. Thanks for the recommendation!

I Love Nuts! Really, I mean the edible kind! My local Giant Eagle carries Emerald Brand, too! Thank you, Dryad!
