Cuisinart Complaint - Cuisinart Useless Customer Service

We bought a Cuisinart CGG-200 grill.

It came without the veggie panel that is included in the sale As specified in CUISINART description of the grill.
3 weeks now that I'm trying to get them to send me the missing veggie panel .

After numerous calls redirected to peoples that never call back or " this is not the right person, call this number" or another one "My supervisor just stepped out off the office BUT he'll call you back" and off course he never call back.

They just give me the RUN AROUND
So I don't have to tell you that CUISINART, NEVER AGAIN.

I've had one of the original Cuisinart Food Processors for around 20 years now and it still runs perfectly. I'm sorry to see that their customer service is failing you, particularly as they are usually a rather expensive product.
