Frontier Communication Complaint - Collection Practices Unethical
Ok so I had Verizon service for my land line only for about 6 months, then came Frontier. Rather than continuing my phone service independent of other services, I decided to bundle my services with my cable/internet provider. I always paid all my bills on time, so when my final Frontier bill came I placed it on my desk until the due date came up. BUT, before the bill is even DUE I get a call from a collection agency saying I have been put in collections for my final bill!!! Are you kidding me?? The collection agency also informed me this is not an exception, they have had a lot of complaints of Frontire sending them to collections for bills not yet due. I am so glad I switched, I hope this company gets shut down.
