Hilton Hotels Complaint - Never Do an Advance Purchase Reservation
I made a mistake last June and made a reservation for 2 days instead of one. I immediately called, corrected the error and asked that the advance reservation be refunded. ($229.00) The representative agreed and told me the refund would take 6 weeks. While this is ridiculous, I made the mistake and agreed to wait. It is now September 16 (about 13 weeks) and despite numerous e-mails (no response) Phone calls - excuses, rude people, promises of return calls etc. etc. I still don't have the money. What in the world happened to the Hilton brand. Very sad state of affairs.
