Dish Network Complaint - Over Billing
We Have been with Dish for many years in two homes from coast to coast and a motorhome. It has been a struggle since day one, they can find more things to charge you for...the final for me was when I reinstated service on the west coast for the summer and they reinstated it for both the east and west coast and billed it to my card. Needless to say they denied it even tho I had the oper. number and a conf. no. I spoke with a supervisor that basically told me "too bad". I have contacted consumer affairs and removed them from auto pay and once we do more research on our options we will "dump" them. You know what is weird...they don't care they will find another fool to sign up.
If I can give anyone any advice..if they offer you service...RUN!!!!!!
