Efavormart Complaint - Should Have Know Better!
I should have known better. I did not check for a number to call about an order and that should have been my first alert. Ordered napkins for my daughter's wedding and they arrived half printed and "double stamped". You can see where they stamped the napkin and the foil did not take and then they stamped over it with the foil in a color. When I complained to a live chat they told me to send picture. Then I was told that "item look fine" not looked fine, which would be the correct grammar. Will give me 20 percent back, but no, "item look fine". Called me a Liar about what I received.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER, WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY WARNING!
