Netspend Complaint - The Worst Bank/Credit Card Company in History
This has to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had with a prepaid credit card company. I requested money from a QVC canceled purchase be posted back to my account, which took an act of Congress, because I talked to at least two different people who really spoke no English and really didn't offer me any real assistance. It was like I was talking to a bunch of robots spewing out the same patted messages. First, someone told me I had to contact the company, and it would take several days, then another customer service representative said it would take 24 to 48 to process it and post it back to my account. I called QVC so they would fax the request, and that money was posted back to my account. Now, I am waiting for these people to release and post the money made from a canceled Walmart transaction. At first, they told me they would release the funds if I faxed the cancel email from Walmart, and some customer service representative told me it had to be from the merchant in order to release funds; they never intended on releasing any funds with the Walmart email sent to my address. Netspend needs to get their act together fast!!!
