CTI Inc Compliment - Amazed
On September 16 I called CTI Inc in re to my mothers Sears bill. My mother is 89 years old & ever since I can remember has paid all of her bills on time. Well we received a call from CTI from a representative who stated my mom had a debt in collections for her Sears card. My mother may be old but she remembers that she had already paid this bill. My mom was transferred to a Mrs. Ramos who handled the dispute call as if it was her own mother. She was helpful, Informative and knew her stuff. This is so different from the way we were treated when we called Sears directly especially coming from a collection agency that I had to just put it out there.
