Epson Complaint - No help resolving my scanner issues with an EPSON 610
LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased from Office Max store in Medina< MN on the evening of September 17-just last evening. The printing portion of the bworkforce works fine. However, for some reason the scanner portion of the unit (keep in mind this is an all-in-one unit).
I vpurchased a warranty that would include free service and tech assistance but guess what the tech crew goes home at 6 pm pacific time and is off for the entire weekend.
This is my first non HP printer fax purchase and what a mistake-HP has Epson beat hands down!
It gets worse-so I find an "Epson online support" group on Saturday morning-and they want $38 to help me with the problem of their product of which I purchased a warranty and tech support package.
