Aires Air Complaint - Worst Customer Service
Aires Air is the worst Air line I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
A close friend had an emergency and asked for my help her father was on his death bed in Colombia and she needed to make arrangements to leave right away and because of the language barrier and her emotional state she asked me to call Aires Air on her behalf.
Well I called and made the reservation when it was time to pay my friends card was declined so I came up with the bright idea of charging it to my credit card it went through and here is where things get complicated in order for my friend to be able to leave next day they said I had to be present with my ID so they could verify the information on the credit card
I explained that I couldn't make it and they informed me that it was the only way she would be able to board so I cancelled the transaction and they gave me a cancellation number and it's been two months now and they still have not credit my account I have called Aires Air several times on this matter and they give me the run around I'm trying to go through my credit card with the same results I'm so frustrated. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS AIRLINE TO ANYONE THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN NONE EXISTENT
