I received a recent order in a timely manner. Unfortunately it was the wrong item, somehow the product was not what I thought it was. When I called to see what I should do I spoke with a woman named Ronnie. She was very condescending and sarcastic. I mentioned that my mother had paid for this and ordered over the Internet so when I was told that there would be a 25% 'restocking' fee I said I will have to discuss this with my mother. I feel Ronnie's reply was sarcastic in tone and was unnecessary.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

I would like to be able to return the product without having to pay any additional fees.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
