I opened an account with account now to have a bank deposite set up for Pay Pal. From the first day I got the card it was trouble. I put money in my account by buying a green dot card. It was suppose to be free for the first deposite. I was told by 3 different customer reps. that the 4.95 charge was being refunded. After calling them 3 times that day to have this fixed it never got corrected. To make matters worse I was charged $6.00 for the calls I made, and also later that day they took out 9.95 for service fees for having the card for only 3 days. They have the worst customer service in the world and you can never get anything done right or get your money back no matter what you do. They treat you like it's their money and you should be grateful they are letting you have anything in their account. Stay away from this Frudulent bank prepaid scam they have going on. It's not worth the trouble.
