Milhelm Toyota Compliment - Super Kudos to Service Department

Being new to Lehigh Valley I "took a chance" having my Tundra towed to Milhelm Toyota in Easton, PA. Having purchased my truck in another state I was concerned about service quality as a new customer. In short, it was fantastic!

Joe called me to let me know that the truck had arrived without incident. He called me again when the problem was diagnosed. We discussed terms, costs and time of repair. I was delighted to learn their service department was open til midnight - not a problem since I work nights. He called me at 11PM to tell me the truck was ready. With no advance warning from me they took my truck, kept me advised, and completed repairs within 8 hours. Amazing!

The next day I arrived to pick up the vehicle. I was greeted at the door by a Service "greeter" and escorted to the person managing my repair. He did not act rushed and answered all my questions. After payment at the cashier I was escorted by the greeter directly to my truck in the parking lot where he inspected the interior before handing me the keys.

Was I treated as a valued customer? Absolutely! Am I impressed? You bet! I won't hesitate to recommend Milhelm Toyota to anyone who appreciates quality customer service.
