Pickupflowers.com Complaint - They don't pay their suppliers

I send some flowers using this company once and they were delivered- fresh and gorgeous. Next time I decide to go for them since I was very happy with them. But the flowers weren't delivered. They wouldn't refund the money or reply to my emails- just ignoring me totally.> Several days later the flowers were delivered (they were meant for Birthday so it was kinda late), when my Mom asked the courier, she was told that was because pickupflowers hadn't paid them for 2 months and they owed them over 500 euros for 16 orders delivered. And the courier appeared a shop owner doing the deliveries herself to at least somehow get the money back from pickupflowers. Will never use them again, not only they treat their customers like &%^, they treat the florists they use the same way.

It is bad enough they abuse the customers but now we see that they abuse their suppliers as well, not smart business ethics.
