Frontier Cable TV Complaint - Terrible Frontier Support

Frontier cable took over for Verizon. Our TV Guide has been down, so we cannot schedule our DVR recording. I have tried contacting Frontier by chat, email, and phone with no luck. I am paying for services, I am not receiving and I am mad as H!!!
