From You Flowers Complaint - is a joke.

I had ordered from this company several times with no incident.
However, the last two times I used them, I had horrible experiences.

First, I ordered flowers. They were delivered (not timely). However, it was the complete wrong arrangement. They had delivered someone else's flowers to my recipient and vice versa.
I emailed a complaint, was returned the delivery charge and assured nothing like this would happen again.
Last week, I ordered again. Paid the extra 5$ to have expedited delivery. So over $20 just in delivery fees. My friend didn't get her flowers until the NEXT DAY at almost 5pm.
I again wrote a complaint. I was refunded my $5 for expedited delivery. And nothing else.

Thanks for the info. This is a great reason just to use your local florist! They are usually in a network and can have flowers sent all over the country and can usually be trusted to do a better job than a website.
