Wild Birds Forever Complaint - No product recieved - Wild bird products

I ordered fom this company over 2 weeks now. The contact page said to wait 48 hours to receive a shipping date notice on my e-mail. after a week I still did not receive it. The company had 2 e-mail addresses to send to. I wrote them both, with no response. I then called their phone number. It was not in service. I then found another number for them and it had an answering serice. I left several messages with no response.
My credit card was charged with no product sent. I concider this very unprefessional. I want to make the public aware.

Contact your credit card company's dispute department, and ask for a chargeback, due to non-receipt of product.
