Verizon Complaint - Sales Staff misrepresent - Customer Service Staff pay the price
ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND -- In my experience, Verizon salespeople will say anything and quote any price to acquire new business. Of course, they provide nothing in writing. Then, you receive a handful your initial billing and the pricing does not resemble the price quotations provide by sales. The CSR attempts to explain the complex 10 page billing, but there really is no way to explain why your bill is $40 - $50 higher than you had expected. Your first inclination is to start swearing at the innocent person on the other end of the line, but you realize that the entire company is corrupt and it would be inappropriate to take it out on the CSR.
