XM Satellite Radio Compliment - Customer NON-service par excellance
If there is a worst customer non-service department today, I have never encountered it.
Long hold times, inept personnel (many with only a rudimentary understanding of the English language), and inefficiency oozing out of every pore. They will kill you with aggravation, and no one will find the murder weapon.
The BROADCAST are very good. Excellent selections and very reliable.
But heaven help you if you ever need to deal with them on a personal level!
