Universal Studios Orlando Compliment - Information from AAA Incorrect
ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- After many conversations with my Universal Studio represenative David, we have solved the issue concerning the ticket prices posted on the Universal/AAA web site.
I would like to apologize to David my Universal Customer representive for taking up so much of his time trying to solve my issue.
We decided that the best way to get the bottom of the problem would be to have a conference call with a AAA service represenative. It was then that we found out that the AAA represenatives were misinformed as to the correct prices of the tickets.
