DirecTV Inc Complaint - Horrible! - Installation Costs
I ordered directTV in the beginning of this month. I had the installer install just one box into my home. I was told that I would have to call back to get a new box in other rooms. I called but apparently you have to call before a 14 day period or you will be charged an outrageous amount. In the service, I was told that I could get up to 4 boxes for free installation. I was never told that I would be charged to add additional boxes! They leave out the stuff that you need to know when signing up. Ridiculous! Once my contract is up I am done with directTV.
