Priceline.com Complaint - Worst booking experience ever!
When I tried to book a room 9/17 Priceline was unable to process my request because the security code on the back supposedly did not match my card. So, I could not book. However, the morning of 9/21 I have 2 charges on my account for a room the was never booked. They charged me for the room twice! No confirmation email, nothing. Customer service phone number does not have an option to speak to someone, which I needed to urgently as these charges had over-drafted my account! I sent n email, still no response. Not even a confirmation that they had in fact received my message! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
After reading other reviews I question whether I will even get my money back (at all) or in a timely manner so I am not charged an NSF fee.
