PC Drivers HQ Complaint - Awful Customer Service / No Refund

AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I purchased the PC Drivers HQ online because I was having problems w/ my drivers. After I installed this software, which has a 60 days money back guarantee, my audio didn't work. So, I removed the software and my audio worked.

I contacted the # on my credit card statement to be informed I needed to send an email to support@drivershq.com. I sent them an email, w/in the time frame, to get the run around. The time frame is now over. The only response I have received is via email. It asked how it could help. I said to give me my money back because I couldn't get it to work. Then, I get the reply that the 60 days has passed.

I haven't used this software, it doesn't work, at least not for what I needed it to do. I asked for a # to call and speak w/ someone, of course I have not received one. I send emails regularly asking for my refund, and now I don't even get a reply.

Be very aware of this company. They claim to be Microsoft Certified. I have never purchased software like this online before, and I won't ever do it again. The purchase price was $29.95. I guess they get their money by putting this out and not giving back refunds. I finally found a # online through the web, so I guess I will call them and continue the battle.

The "customer service" is extremely poor and does not reply in a timely manner. It also does not give any information out as to the contact of the company.
Very unsatisfied, most likely money gone, one-time only customer.

Keep being persistent with them and let them know that you are relating your experience to other consumers. Thank you for letting us know about this.
