Lowe's Complaint - Poor customer Service
FRISCO, TEXAS -- We bought a refrigerator from Lowes. They delivered 3 different refrigerators because either they were damaged by the delivery people or it was damaged to begin with. When they finally delivered the one that we have now, they damaged my wooden front door by gashing it in several places as the broken refrigerator was being removed and then they gashed it 3 more times when the new one came into the house. They will not compensate us for the cost of the door. They will only give us 1000 for a 3000 door. They were rude and never apologized for what they have done. I would NEVER recommend them or buy from them again. This happened in MAY and it is the end of September and now we are waiting for their insurance company to come out. I hope we will get the door replaced! There is no way a deep gash in wood can be repaired!!! You cannot even get a solid wooden door from Lowes for a 1000.
