Priceline.com Complaint - The worst experience EVER!!!!!
This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Services were paid in full and were never provided. I was stranded at the airport for 1.5 hours waiting for transportation that never showed. I called multiple times and spoke with "customer service" and got the same generic answer. I paid over $100 dollars for a service that was never fulfilled. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had, and will be sure to use legit companies such as Orbitz. Completely unsatisfied and in-shock that this company can't make things right. The worst customer experience EVER!!!!!
